Sessions require prior payment and booking before they can be taught.

Sessions may only be booked with previous payment. No sessions will be taught without prior payment and booking.
The studio requests a 48-hour notice of cancellation. If a session is not cancelled with 48 hours of notice, you agree that you will be billed for the booked session. Sessions are not refundable. After 24 hours, paid PK only can be transferable to another person but never refunded. PK is valid for 6 months. If you live outside of London and need longer validation, please advise when you buy, and the studio will add a note on your purchase to postpone the date for you.
If you are unable to make it to your session on time, your instructor will wait for thirty minutes after your booking time.
If you do not arrive within that thirty minutes, your instructor may release your time to other clients, and your session will still be charged.
The studio advises that all clients' pictures captured may be published on social media without any type of payment compensation for image usage. If you have any restrictions on this matter, please send us a written notice by email so your picture won’t be taken or published.
